The property was under construction. I suspect the lobby will be beautiful once completed. Our room was fine for our one night stay. The buffet breakfast was wonderful. Lots of options. It is not obvious how to get to the hotel from the airport. It took us a while to figure out which train to take (it’s the one that goes to the parking garages!). The signs are not easy to follow. A shuttle driver, that we asked for help, confirmed that it was confusing to absolutely everyone! I don’t often order room service, but we arrived late to the hotel and we were hungry. There was a 5 euro surcharge on any item ordered for room service. That was half the cost of the item I wanted! I decided to go down to the restaurant and see if I could take something “to-go”. They wanted to charge me the surcharge for that as well. I talked them out of it, but why upset your guests with this type of cash grab. All-in-all it was a good but pricey stay close to the airport.

Great for night before flight

Very clean and comfortable for the 6 of us (we had two connecting rooms). The ping pong table was fun and there was a little shop in the train station (3 minute walk) for us to buy plane snacks from. The shuttle to our terminal was quick and convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service and Hospitality at Hilton – September 1st, 2025 I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel recently, and I must say, the experience on the morning of September 1st, 2025, truly stood out. The breakfast room staff were outstanding—attentive, cheerful, and incredibly efficient. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The buffet was well-stocked and fresh, and the team made sure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to the hotel manager who personally came by to ask about our experience. That thoughtful gesture made us feel valued and reinforced the Hilton’s commitment to excellence. It’s rare to see that level of engagement, and it didn’t go unnoticed. This kind of service is what transforms a good stay into a memorable one. Kudos to the entire team for making our morning so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice hotel but AC was ineffective

We enjoyed our stay other than the air conditioning did not work to a satisfactory level. The staff was friendly and the room was clean; however, the AC failed to reduce the temperature in the room at all. It was disappointing given that the reason we booked this hotel was because it had AC.

Spending 500+ CAD$ for a room is look like everything should be perfect. Room was spacious; however bathroom faucet was malfunctioning, drain was plugged, shower faucet and drain was not working promptly.

Decidedly average.

We’ve never stayed in a Hilton Hotel before so we’re excited at what we expected to be the prospect of something very lovely and comfortable / slightly more luxurious than the usual budget chain hotels we normally use. We were disappointed. The hotel was tired and dated. We recognise there were repair and upgrade works happening in thr common areas but we also saw badly marked walls, tears to wallpaper and threadbare carpets in corridors near the bedrooms. The room itself was spotlessly clean but dark furniture and decor and poor lighting made it feel gloomy and old fashioned. The main beds were fine but the camp bed was very uncomfortable. Bedding was spotlessly clean and the pillows were good but this was no different to anything we have experienced in budget hotel chains. We were disappointed to see room service food trays left abandoned in the corridor outside of people’s rooms not having been moved hours later. There was nothing ‘wrong’ with this hotel, staff were polite and friendly (albeit slow with the check in …. We arrived hot and tired and just wanted to get to the room) and the location is handy for the train between the terminals, however don’t expect anything special with this being a Hilton
