Crowded Noisy Spa

The hotel and spa become quite over crowded and noisy on the weekends. If you like sharing a soak with 80 loud strangers, then this place might be for you.

I have been in ur hotel many many times . I have to say this was so disappointing and frustrating . were short or under staffed period. Girls were exhausted, line ups back to back. We never got called for the key pick up from the front desk. No towels , no service available . Pool was very dirty Oh yes we had to go back down and up , changed the key cards four times, yes four times ( had no phone outside next time me, cause watching my kid) and I have a special need child I asked if someone can drop my car in the parking after waiting 4 and half hour for some spot to open and there was no valet available and I couldn’t leave my kid alone , And of course key 🔐 problem was just a bad icing on top of everything else. After 30 years of coming to my local get away place I can assure you it was my last. Charges are to the roof and service are none, absolutely none.

Property a little too old, so needs more renovation. Staff in the restaurants are very rude. I was waiting for someone to come and place order from 9.35 and after 10 minutes one lady came, she saw me before of course and she said our last call at 9.45. Place your order quick because if not is not gonna let me grab you any food.
