I think this is a beautiful resort to stay at, especially for the hot springs pools. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Although our room was spacious and comfortable, the property is in need of some much needed updates. Also, one thing that didn’t sit well with us… the lady that served us tea at 4:00 pm was rude and unwelcoming. She was hesitant to offer more than one cookie. There should be someone more service oriented in that position.

I’ve been in this property couple of times before and this was the same as before. Friendly staff, good service, acceptable room amenities, good dining at the hotel restaurant. In general this resort is an old resort and needs a big renovation but it’s good for the service they offer. But for the age of the hotel the room price should be cheaper. I general compare to the hotels around this is the best.

Has been resort. It’s gone downhill.

Unfortunately the Resort has really gotten run down. The customer service is slow and inefficient. We got to our room and there weee no robes. We called the front desk, they said someone would bring them. A half hour later we went to find some. There were ppl drinking, vaping and playing music on a speaker at the adult hot pool. There was a towel in our room that was dirty. There was a stain on the bed. The carpet by the nightstands was wet. The small fridge handle was sticky. The room smelled like cigarettes. There were cigarette butts outside the balcony. We had a burger at the lounge and were told it was gluten free but my bf got sick from it, he’s celiac. So disappointed. This used to be a nice place. Not worth the money or the drive anymore.

Had a great stay over the weekend! Only feedback I have is for them to supply towels in the pool areas. Guests kept wondering where to get towels all the time and everyone has to keep going to the front desk to get more towels each time they went to the pool. I’m not sure why there aren’t towels in the pool area already.

We love the Harrison resort and go often. However, we feel some attention needs to be put into improving the bedding. The bedding did not smell clean. The pillows were very flat and deflated and the cover was the same.
