⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Chicago! I recently stayed at Club Quarters Hotel Wacker at Michigan, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable — right along the Chicago River and just steps from Magnificent Mile, Millennium Park, and countless restaurants and shops. Perfect for both first-time visitors and frequent travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the water refill stations on each floor — a small but thoughtful touch. The staff was courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I found the overall value to be excellent considering the prime location and quality of service. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel for a convenient, comfortable, and memorable stay in downtown Chicago!

Don’t stay here!

Terrible! I have never written a review. The place was a mess. One elevator out of four were working for 38 floors. No air conditioning in the hallways or elevators. The first room was on the third floor with no windows, the second room was occupied! The third room was on the 35th floor. Never cooled below 78 degrees and took 22 minutes in 100 heat to reach it by elevator. I left after one night. Gross!

Elevators were broken the whole time. We waited 15 mins on the one elevator that worked and it was horrible to be stuffed in a hot elevator with so many people. My daughter was crying and begged to not get back on it to go down. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property where the elevator was broken so this is not a one off. Before we left another elevator broke on the other side (the lobby serves two different hotel groups). Ridiculous.

Lacking Information!!!

I called the hotel when I arrived, asked about the parking situation. I was told to park in front, just don't double park and check-in, bring my stuff to the room and then take my car to a parking bldg a few blocks away. There were too many cars parked in front of the hotel, so I could not do the park and checkin that they suggested. When i asked where the parking was, the worker was telling me street names as if I would know them. I had to ask for the exact address, and apparently, it was an estimated 7-minute walk. I was pissed. I did not expect that parking would be far and I'll be lugging my stuff with me. This should be an FYI once you prepay for parking, instructions and information should AUTOMATICALLY be shared, a prompt that says, there is NO ONSITE PARKING. I called in the morning to get a late check-out, the guy was cheerful and said for you, it's free to check-out at 1pm. Well, guess what! I came back at 1pm with my stuff, and while my vehicle was in four ways in front of the hotel and was told I only had 10 mins to leave my car that way - my hotel door would not open! I had to go back downstairs apparently and get my room key card updated!!! Was I told that when I called to get a late check-out? NO!!!! THIS WAS A FRUSTRATING STAY!
