Good location it had issues

At first we were really impressed about the location we got there in the morning and checked in right at 4:00 check-in was great got into a room and the air conditioning was working came back to our room and it wasn't working it was very hot and muggy in our room we called downstairs to let them know we had to do a room switch after 10:00 p.m. at night... at night there is a bar right in the lobby where there was a bunch of people hanging out so it was very loud and the next morning when we left to go get our car we walked outside and it was absolutely filthy outside the patio smell like urine so I will say it was disappointing parking was 70 bucks valet at the hotel but you can go around the corner and park for 17 for the weekend for 12 hours and then it goes up to 40?

The hotel and area were nice and clean. I did half expect to see USB ports in the room for charging, coming from 4star hotel, but not a deterrent. However, the pricing for breakfast was to high in my opinion for the very limited options to chose from.

Like - location!! Lily at the front desk did the best she could to get me what I needed. And Nick served us and was fun. Dislike - 1. Room was not ready. Okay happens, but 1.5 hours later I was still waiting. 2. Had to keep asking about the room. 3. Was told I had a F&B credit of $75 for the delay in checkin so spent last night in the lounge only to be charged for everything. 4. Valet gave me wrong key on way out. As a GM of a venue I know it's not always easy getting rooms turned and keeping guests happy. This experience was unforgettable BUT not in a good way. The mark was missed with this visit at multiple points.

Room was nice and clean. Coffee in the lobby in the morning was great! The pool was underwhelming but seemed clean. The restaurant seemed understaffed. When we wanted to order a late lunch the bartender said he did not have a cook so we would have to wait. We decided to order a pizza from elsewhere since he was not very friendly about it.

Very surprising that this is a marriott hotel. The shower was disgusting, the magnetic cover to tap your card was on the ground, we put in a request for a fridge because ours wasn't working and they lied and said they came to the room and the dnd sign was on the door.....we never put that on the door. They then said they'll send someone up, they didn't coming until like 30 min later and even with that, the guy said "that's as cold as it gets".....the temp of the room was even cooler than that fridge. I also put in a request for a walk in shower during my reservation because of mobility issues and that wasn't honored as well. I brought this up with the front desk and they did try to find a room, but had none available. All in all, not my cup of tea and def won't be back.

This hotel did not have coffee machines in the room! However you could take the 25 floor ride to the lobby and get free coffee. This hotel did not offer complimentary Wi-Fi in the room but you could take the 25 floor ride to the lobby and get free Wi-Fi. Don’t park at this hotel with a truck because it will cost you $86 per day!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had amazing views of the city. The location was perfect—walking distance to so many Chicago attractions, great restaurants, and shopping. The amenities were top-notch, and the attention to detail really made our trip extra special. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago!

I was pleasantly surprised on how nice the hotel was. Room decor was modern and very functional. Beds were amazing. Furniture edges were cheaped here and there; that would be my only complain. Heads up - be ready to pay for $85 parking per day. Do not park overnight in the area, you will get towed. The breakfast was amazing. Two vouchers were for 4 people.

If you want to be right off navy pier this is a great place to be!! The food spots around are really great too. The hotel itself is super clean and nice!

Honestly for the price is not worth it. When I searched for a hotel I put breakfast included. We were 2 adults and a child and they did not include my child. You only have the right to one thing from a very limited menu and I ended up paying for my child. The pool looked nasty. Very murky and oily looking water. The room was fine but I found an used napkin on top of my bed. Definitely not worth it.

Get a lake view it has a beautiful view. Beds were comfortable. Room was 6/10 of cleanliness. Windows and nightstand were dirty. Housekeeping was so polite and nice. Other staff were standoffish. No one said hi when I was checking in. Wasn't a friendly environment. Great area to walk to the Navy Pier and enjoy the beach.
