Dont book through hotels.com

The toilet wouldnt flush. I was offered a plunger to fix it myself. Bug carcasses and pubic hairs on many surfaces. Urine stains on the toilet seats. 75 dollar deposit per room. To cover what idk. Hotels.com made us regiater each room under a different name so not a knock on the hotel itself, but it was a scramble at midnight trying to locate all of our IDs.

Room smelled of smoke badly! Towels and pillow cases had stains on them. Bar of hand soap was opened and used

Overall we had a great stay. It was perfect for what we needed. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel but it was fine for what we paid.

I expect one or two bugs but my room was absolutely infested they were crawling on the bed and I could not sleep. I went to the office and he could not move me to a different room but the manager would accommodate me in the morning. I killed bugs all night long they were everywhere there was no way I could sleep terrified they would get into my bags and I'd take them home
