First of all, I arrived there at midnight. The desk gave me a hard time because ( our hotel.com account is joined husband and wife )the reservation was in my husbands name even though I showed the itinerary number that was emailed to my my email address. I was told to get an authorization letter from my husband that I can use this reservation - in the middle of the night. I didn’t get to the room until after 1 am and this was after 20+ hours of flight.
The room was another story, the bed was not a real mattress but a foam on a hard surface. The bed linens looked like a century old yellowed by
time. The towels were also yellowed and stained with very visible blackish circles. The bathroom didn’t have a place to put the bar of soap or soap bottles. No free soap nor dispensers. TV non working. The site when I booked said it has breakfast included but upon check in I was told there’s none. So much to say about my stay there. I personally think they have false advertisement. The rest of the staff other than the person during my check in who insisted for the authorization letter were nice and helpful.
So for the rest of the staff, including security men who went out their way, I gave this one star.
