Very nice staff. Rooms are very clean. However, be advised this hotel is directly across from Bologna Centrale. It is loud outside 24/7. Horns honking, people screaming all hours of the night and day. It is a very convenient location for using trains to travel. We did day trips to Milan, and Florence. However, the trade off is the noise in the area. Also, their buffet style breakfast was great as well.
