Room walls had visible stains, possibly from water damage. Otherwise clean. I requested to book a massage at their sister property, but the front desk never called back to confirm despite stating they would do so. I had to carry the luggage up and down on my own, which made me wonder what the doorman’s role was. Obviously, he wasn’t there to greet customers either. Breakfast and the staff managing it did an outstanding job and delivered on a consistent basis.

Loved this hotel! Great central location, steps away from so many lovely shoos, restaurants, coffee bars, and thebtrain station. I also enjoyed the morning breakfasts with the selfnserve coffee bar wherenyou can quickly get an espresso or cappuccino. And in the evening after a long day of site seeing the hotel restaurant provided a wonderful meal with excellwnt service. For my stay i chose to have the add on of fresh flowers in my room for my arrival which was such a lovely welcoming touch. The room itself was incredibly spacious and the pillows and mattress was comfortable and welcoming at thw end of my happy days. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Good hotel

Great location; lovely staff; good size rooms and no real issues. Hotel a bit dated but nothing dramatic. Roadworks around Bologna for the new tramlines. Will be great when finished.

Lovely hotel with excellent buffet breakfast in nicely appointed and well lighted dining room. Spacious room and several English channels on TV. On Main Street with easy access to shopping, historical sites and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I had a great one week stay. The only complaint I have is that I ordered the Birthday cake in the room. This surprise was for my wife, whose birthday is on the 14th and the cake was in the room upon our arrival on the 11th. But, hey...it's cake! Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful even though my wife and I don't speak Italian. I would proudly recommend this establishment to all!
