The staff, the spa staff, as well as the excursion crew were friendly, professional, and so helpful. I would recommend the Windjammer to anyone.

This beachfront property was great for its location and the view. Good air conditioning and kitchen set up. Very quiet, a few bug bites in the evening. Strangely, the cleaning staff did a good job cleaning our room but kept only leaving 2 towels. We had to keep asking for more towels for hair. Other guests were nice and respectful - no running, screaming children.

The service was excellent. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Pool was lovely, hotel bar and pizza restaurant was great. Best frozen margaritas I have had in a while! We took the full breakfast inclusive and really enjoyed the breakfast options each day with fresh local fruit. The gym was also impressive, pretty all round weight equipment for a hotel gym. Also a great location with the all the restaurants in Rodney Bay marina within walking distance ~ 2 minutes. Only issue was that the A/C in the room was definitely not working properly. We made the comment 2 days into the stay, someone did come to our room immediately and checked something but honestly whatever was done did not work. There was no follow up after. Temperature only slightly improved the day we checked out. This was a birthday celebratory trip (I stated this when I booked) and the hotel was kind enough to call me directly to ask what options we would like - we went with chocolate covered strawberries. So yum and also gave us complimentary birthday cake!
