Very good

We were initially super excited to come to this hotel after seeing pics and it’s high ratings but when we arrived we noticed immediately that we were a burden. The staff was not as friendly as the other hotels and even though we were the only ones there (slow tourist season) every time I asked for something I was made to feel like I was bothering them despite the fact that I speak and am Italian. The biggest issue we had was the air conditioning and the shower drain. We completely understand that some hotels control the A/C and we absolutely understand that when they are fully booked they usually cannot accomodate but it was super annoying that even with few people staying the night and after asking for them to lower the temp in our room (they said they would and they didn’t!) it ended up being so hot and to add to our discomfort the window wouldn’t open. Just made for a miserable night. We went to the restaurant and it was literally a ghost town. We were the only two people there which is no fault of their own. Despite this, the food was delicious and restaurant staff were professional. The room itself was gorgeous but the shower drain was clogged and you had to shut off the shower mid way through or else it would spill into the bathroom floor. Parking was super convenient and the hotel is super close to the Greek ruins in Paestum. Overall average but wouldn’t come back again.
This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms. What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system.

Nice Place
Very nice place, looks good. Slightly dated. Run efficiently and with great care of the customer. We had issue on our 3rd day, and they sorted it with out question. The area is lovely and beautiful, however getting anywhere you need a taxi. The hotel gave me a super helpful local, Leonardo spoke great English and was the most helpful person we met in Italy (he was also cost effective). The Hotel does host a lot of weddings, but you can keep to yourself. Only downside is, there is no outdoor pool with beds, this would have been great to relax in the beautiful heat. Overall nice place, great service. Just lacked that extra something to make your holiday easy.
Close to the ruins at Paestum, which are well worth a visit.
Many weddings held at hotel, whilst we were there but that did not impact on us, as the hotel is quite large
We booked a quadruple family room for us and our 2 teenage children. When we got to our room, there were just 2 king size beds. Hotel management said they don't have quadruples...something for them to sort out with Hotels.com then! At our insistence, they gave us 2 rooms on the same floor...not sure what they would've done had the hotel been full. Very good breakfast; well equipped gym; lovely gardens; small outdoor pools; cold indoor pool; shuttle service to the hotel's private beach with excellent facilities. Walking distance of beach but not really walking distance of the great sites of Paestum. We'd go back. A very popular wedding venue by the way.
Wonderful hotel. Modern and clean. Unfortunately for a hotel who rates herself as a luxury hotel. I have been disappointed of the staff in general. One night I have ordered a Rhum and Coke at the bar, the bar tender replied no more Coke!! I have then asked for a Shirley Temple for my daughter, no more 7-up, Sprite or Grenadine. I Asked a Mojito for my wife no more mint ?? Ended up ordering water. In Canada a Luxury Hotel would have never run out of water and if they would have the staff would have gone above and beyond to find you Coke or 7-Up, even if this required them to go buy it at the local Grocery store across the street. The 2nd day, I asked for an iron to iron my shirt. The staff at the reception told me that I had to go at the local "Lavanderia" not far from the hotel. The least they could have done is offer to take it over and absorb the 4 euro cost!!
Anyway, our overall stay was ok. But having travelled in other Luxury Hotels across the world I would not consider this one in the future. This is for the owner Signora Felic...some improvements have to be done with the customer service.

comfortable hotel near sites
the hotel caters for weddings which meant noisy celebrations every night.this was unexpected but manageable.breakfast below par but just about acceptable.the place gives itself pretensions as luxury so invites disappointment.
We booked the hotel because of it's proximity to the historic Paestum site. It was great for that and had a good breakfast to start the day off. It was clear that this hotel caters to wedding and honeymoon parties which we were not. However we were there in the off season so it served us well. The finishes are a little outdated but the hotel is nice and well kept. Only complaint is that the wireless service was spotty and unusable from the room. Had to go to the lobby to access it.
