The suite we stayed in was very nice. We enjoyed the balcony and the full kitchen. Two things I did not like. The breaker in the bathrooms went off regularly - the system couldn’t seem to handle both bathroom fans going at once Second, the kitchen had all the appliances and cookware, but not one single grain of salt or pepper, or any cooking oil. We brought eggs and bacon for breakfast but didn’t think we would need to bring simple salt and pepper. Our eggs would have tasted better

I found it quite crowded room with old furniture

Service by the staff was excellent. Helped me get in my room. I was at the wrong room, lol. They helped me set up my wi-fi. Which was important as I couldn't find a decent T.V. channel. My wife calls the furniture antique and I call it old. Room was dark with yellow lights. Needs modern high chair toilet as my wife found it difficult to get up. So alot has to deal with old age.

It was very dirty and didn't look clean. The stand alone air conditioner was duct taped and the room was incredibly hot. We usually go every year and am very sad to see these huge changes in their standards of quality.
