The rooms are dated, but sufficient and clean. However, they are HOT. There is a portable AC in the window, which only made a dent in the temperature. The restaurant was very good. The swordfish tapa was outstanding. I'd return to the restaurant just for that dish.

Had a wonderful time. Firstly we were greeted by Emma at the front desk who was absolutely amazing very accommodating and patient with us. Room was a 2 bedroom was very spacious with fireplace and beautiful balcony on the south side. Large kitchen. Unit was clean and very comfortable. Have been here before and will be coming back for sure!

Me and my husband stayed for a night and we were pleasantly impressed by this place. Starting with the living room to the balcony and to the bedrooms, all were very clean and inviting, cozy with gorgeous view to the mountains! Sound system in bathrooms and kitchen was fun to listen to. Fire place was nice but had a constant noise. The ensuite bathroom was beautiful with the rustic stone tiles and a deep bathtub, however the ceiling had an unfinished shower head, a hole where the water was running down from, that needs a fixing. The bathtub stopper should be changed with a flattened one, I was constantly hitting my toes in it. The carpets could use a steam wash. Otherwise this place is amazing and I definitely recommend it because it offers all you are looking for. The common hot jacuzzi and the steam room was amazing. We will book it again when in Canmore. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

The fireplace did not radiate any heat. The mountain view was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The cleanliness was ok, not the best I have experienced. Some upgrades of furniture would be appropriate. The couch and armchairs looked quit worn.
