All staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful. In room fireplace was lovely. We also really enjoyed the pool and the sauna! It was closed for maintenance for 1day, which shows they take health and safety seriously.

I am a former airline pilot, commander of commercial aircraft. I've spent my entire life traveling and staying in hotels all over the world. And upon arriving here, staying here was a wonderful surprise - the services are excellent, the hotel and infrastructure are excellent, and the reception staff is great. Everything is wonderful. I really enjoyed it, and I will be back.

Ask for a room far away from the elevator. It was honestly one of the loudest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Thank goodness we had earplugs. It did quiet down after the pool closed, but the noise fired up again early in the morning when the breakfast room opened. Room was very clean and staff were lovely.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Heating in room turned on every 30-60 mins and made a very loud noise like a plane was landing in the room, not ideal for sleeping. We could also hear and feel every movement in the next room (ie. Toilet flush chair moving). We had to checkout before the 7am breakfast so the staff packed us a to go breakfast which was very kind. Unfortunately the bagel and mini muffins were super dry. Definitely not worth the $300 we paid, very disappointing

Staff was very accommodating it’s the best part of our stay. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in rm 103. The room is spacious but you can hear the noise from upstairs the noise from the other room and the hallway avoid this room. Location of the hotels is good very close to fast food chains you can just walk 3 minutes to Tim Hortons and Wendy's. The pool area is nice.

Super loud. Couldn't use the jacuzzi or the pool which was overrun with kids screaming. No parking, had to park on the street because apparently some people bring multiple vehicles. The room was nice and big though. I would rather go elsewhere next time though.
