Amazing and very comfortable stay

Came to Canmore with my wife and we were pleasantly surprised by this gem. The staff was amazing and very helpful and we loved the room. I particularly found the bed and pillows very comfortable and I loved the fireplace. It was always a pleasure coming back to to hotel after a day out hiking or just enjoying the town. Would absolutely stay here again!

Parking for the guest should be better managed. There were couple of folks (incl. us) we met who were struggling to find a parking spot. For rooms costing $300-400 per night; it is basic expectation that each room should have at least 1 hassle free parking spot. Apparently, some guests may have multiple vehicles or even big vehicles-trailers which caused parking issues.

This inn seems newly renovated- everything is in perfect condition, it is not only a beautiful place, it has wonderful service- every time we needed something we got it immediately with a smile. We were a family of 5 mostly adults, stayed in a bigger double queen room with an additional very comfy cot- more like a bed. Food and gas next door. Lots to do in Canmore and 20 minute drive to Banff.

In a time when genuine customer service and professionalism with a human touch seem to be fading in many places, our 5-night stay at Pocaterra Inn was truly satisfying and well worth the cost. From the very beginning, we were greeted with respectful and friendly service at the front desk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the overall atmosphere both inside the room and throughout property was peacful, and having breakfast included was a big bonus - especially such a generous, delicious, and well prepared breakfast. The local accessibility was also excellent. A wonderful stay overall.
