Yes the room was great. The only complaint we had is we stayed 2 nights to be able to enjoy the hot tub for one full day but that middle day they were doing a full clean from 10 am to 3 pm. We had thought we would have a quiet relaxing time without as many kids. A little disappointing but the weather was great so we changed our plans.

I booked 2 rooms but 1 of the rooms are not cleaned properly which we didn’t mind too much because we want to have fun in our stay. But then, toiletries are mislabelled, body wash labeled as shampoo and shampoo labeled as conditioner. I raised the concern to the housekeeping and expecting us to be like “dogs”, asking us to smell before we use the gels for showering which are mislabeled and are almost identical from just looking. Housekeeping even thought that we’re asking for a cheap take away shower gels which we thought are not there because of all the mislabeling. And one of the receptionist is brazen enough and told us that we aren’t gonna die even if use use the gels wrongly.
