Room was great with nice view and nice layout BUT, parking was awful and steep access in front and back. Jacuzzi in room was filthy with scum and globs of hair. TV channels were scarce and no streaming, so no option to sit back and relax and watch a movie. Breakfast was way worse than a Super 8

There were quite a few deficiencies with our room (fireplace didn't work and other maintenance issues) but they gave us a discount when we reported these on check out. The pool was fun and breakfast was good.

Room great, building great, absolutely lovely. … hot breakfast was so-so (bacon, sausages, eggs good… but soggy waffles and home fries). the killer, the thing that would prevent me from staying again… hot water. That is pretty fundamental in century 21. Are they trying to save on the gas bill, hiring a bad plumber?

Super plush mattress, the space was great for our family. The breakfast buffet had bad fruit but the staff did their best to remove it promptly. Unfortunately that was after our breakfast but overall a great experience

Our stay at the Pocaterra Inn and Waterslide was outstanding. The staff were warm and accommodating, especially Francis, who made our check-in process effortless. He went above and beyond to make our 25th wedding anniversary special by surprising us with a bottle of wine and a bar of chocolate, and he even arranged an early check-in and late check-out. We’ll definitely be recommending this place to our family and friends.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very friendly. The Waterslide was not working out first day but with our Expedia we were able to get early check in, late check out, free upgrade to a room with a balcony and fireplace, and a free bottle of wine with our room. I was so very impressed with this hotel, if we have the chance we will definitely be staying here again.
