The water slide is a huge plus for this property. I found out there are two towers for guest rooms and we were in the older tower which was a little run-down. The rooms were smaller compared to the newer tower and one guest told us that it's the same price for the rooms in either tower. I was with my elderly mother who would have appreciated more space in the room, but it was fine for my son and I. Food is not included in the room rate which is unfortunate. All the other hotels we stayed at had the complimentary buffet breakfast.

Conveniently located and within walking distance to just about everywhere in Canmore. Unfortunately one of the beds' mattress was pushed down in the right side which made me sleep in an angle. I did speak to the front desk about it.

Horrible mattresses

The mattresses were horrible! On our first night, we were awake most of the night because the bed was so uncomfortable. The mattress was sagging in the middle and we were squished in the middle of the bed and sleeping on an incline. I went to the front desk very early in the morning and the front desk clerk was not very helpful. She just said that there is no available room to move into. When I asked if maybe they could just change the mattress, she said they don't have any spare mattress (which turned out to be untrue), and we just have to wait for the supervisor to come in. The supervisor was quick to get someone to replace our mattresses. It was ok for the first night and it started sagging again on the second night. What is most disappointing was no one bothered to follow up if we were satisfied with the replacement mattresses. The toilet bowl also has a disgusting stain at the bottom. When it rained really hard, the area around the hotel was flooded and you can't get to your car without going through ankle deep waters. Overall, very disappointed. Not what we expect for an over $400 a night room.

Amazing stay

This place was very clean and modern. The water slide was amazing. The views out either side are of the Colorado Rockies and the town is so beautiful.

Clean facility, good price for the area, great customer service nice option for breakfast, but need to pay for it. Cleaning staff showed up every day. Unlike many facilities in the United States.
