Awesome mountain view

The hotel’s location is good as well as the breakfast. The room is clean on some ways, but disappointed with the dusty drapes and sleeping was hard due to the noise coming from the trains passing nonstop. Although, the noise was compensated by the beauty of the mountain views. We also experienced a very slow check in as they had issues with their computer.

Overall, it was a decent stay — the room was tidy, the amenities were great, and the water slide and pool were amazing. Staff were fine, but the beds were very uncomfortable and definitely due for replacement. A good experience overall, just not quite worth a premium price.

The room was clean, staff were very nice and welcoming. The only issue is that the location was very noisy due to being near the train track. The room itself also have thin walls and doors, so noises from the hallway and neighbors can be heard all day and nights.

Friendly staff, good location with a beautiful view. They are incredibly dog friendly - providing dog treats and a toy, and having an outdoor stair access easy for dog walks. They are also located right on a walking trail. We have stayed here before and definitely will be booking again.

Check-in was fast, friendly, and efficient, but when we got to the room it was freezing cold inside. Someone had left a window open and the heater was turned off. It took a while to get the room temperature to a comfortable level. Other than that, everything was good. Nice and clean. The coffee/tea station near the front desk is a nice touch!

Mountain view was awesome, room was clean and staff was really kind! The buffet does cost 8.99 for an adult but is good to have instead of having to find somewhere else to go! Great stay!
