Room for as clean however needed to be updated. Some floor tiles were cracked, stove was unstable, burnt out light bulbs chairs were stained. View was beautiful

The pictures online showed a clean cabin like quality but somewhat up to date appliances and decor but unfortunately the entire building structure and its rooms were very run down and things were broken or misaligned. For example the stairs were rickety and old and I was scared climbing them. The hot tub was dirty and the floor in the sauna room was littered with dirt and debris. Our room specifically had broken drawers and overall wasn’t the cleanest. Each day the cleaning crew would come make the bed but never change out sheets (not sure if that is something that is unusual but I found it to be) and would hang back up the same towels we used but never replaced them. Although the place is run down the staff were very kind and helpful. Always had a smile. The view from our room was beautiful to see the mountains. If you are looking for something on the less expensive side and don’t mind having to clean and just need a place to sleep it isn’t that bad.

Great location to drive back n forth if you are staying multiple days for Banff National Park. There is no complimentary breakfast but they have kitchenette so you can buy some breakfast basics and make breakfast to save time and money.

Grateful to find a spacious place that accepted two dogs. The hot pool was nice but a touch too hot. Also, the area around the pool had exceptionally hot floors (very uncomfortable) Shower backed up (at least not with gross water). TV was a great size but Netflix would not connect. Would be nice if there was also a TV in the bedroom. Loved the fireplace. Walkable to any food you could need. Would stay again.

Parking was sometimes difficult…spaces are too small, and sometimes we had to park at another building as a pickup truck takes almost 1 and half spaces if you want to open your doors.

Older building but great location by restaurants for family. Easy check in and out. Lots of space in loft. Maids come at 9 am so make sure if you want to sleep in you have the sign up. Rooms aren’t very sound proof to outside so it sounds like someone is in room. But all and all great stay.

The room was very clean I only gave 4 stars because the utensils we were using didn’t look too useable however they provide some stainless steel utensils I was able to use to cook. The skin drain also took a bit to drain. Other than that this property was very convenient and beautiful to stay at.
