Everything was great, staff members and services and the amenity. The only thing that was not so good was the noise . We were on the first floor , so we could hear the people above us when they walking . We could hear the hallway with people walking, talking , and closing doors. The wall must be very thin.

Difficulties to workout room blocks with hotel and due to $ and shuffled around staff for info/booking did not book a block and was disappointing as wanted everyone together. Booked room possibly for us but ended up for our wedding photographer. Went to "pre check in" as was booked under me so went to give info so photographer wouldnt have issues later. Staff was helpful and friendly. Went in with photographer at end of night to get keys and they had all my info from earlier and had no issues. Photographer said enjoyed the soaker tub. Doesnt seem right have to pay for parking on top of pricey room (we did not have a car to dp that but seems unfair to your guests). Was explaimed other tourist park there so thats why its pay but then should be other tourist pay but hotel guests should be free.
