Very good experience

We had a very great experience at the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was not ready at the check in time so the host made sure to accomodate us with a diner to give us the best experience possible.

A beautiful, modern and Instagram pic worthy hotel. Right on the beachfront, delicious buffet breakfast, close proximity to Canggu shopping and nightlife. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were so modern, super clean and comfortable. Honestly the best hotel I’ve visited in the 9 times I’ve been to Bali.

It's a shame a property like this doesn't have proper AC system : strong smell of mold and too much humidity inside the room . I changed room and went to the Residence which is a really nice apartment, but you cannot have that much humidity and smell in a place like that , is not a hostel . Ownership, get HVAC systems with Western standards !

Staying at COMO Uma Canggu was one of the best decisions I made for my Bali trip. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such warmth and care—the hospitality here is on another level. I felt completely safe and well taken care of throughout my stay, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy every moment. Adore this property, the staff and the facilities. This is our third stay and we will be returning again soon. Love this property, was the second time now I’ve stayed here originally booked a lead in room which was very basic with no balcony so upgraded directly to a residence room which is definitely worth the $200 extra per night! Service is great, position is great and location! Will be back again next year!
