Good place to stay. Bed made some noises like it’s broken or just because it’s made of wood? Also there was a couple in our neighbour room and they had very vad fights every day: evening, morning and during the day. We called reception many times. So the noice cancellation is not very well. Otherwise our stay was great. Reception workers were so polite!

Citadines is an excellent option for those looking to stay in Canggu, Bali. It’s close to a lot of the eateries and bars. Shops are at a walking distance for those that would like to indulge in some shopping during their trip. I stayed in the Executive Studio at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. The staff go to good lengths to maintain the room cleanliness. The only issues I faced was that the jet spray/health faucet had a very weak water pressure and the sink in the kitchenette had a faint stench. The hotel has been notified of the same. I hope the correct measures are taken to rectify these problems. Other than this, the hotel is amazing. The staff is incredibly helpful and cooperative.

Good location and hotel, with some fixes needed

The hotel is well positioned in Canggu within walking distance of various eateries, bars and beach clubs. We love the rooftop restaurant and pool area, as well as the gym. The areas for improvement are definitely the distinct drain smell that hit us as soon as we entered our rooms (my family booked a total of five rooms) - a short term solution could be to completely cover the drain pipe (which is what we did using a damp towel). The pillows were also uncomfortable compared to other resorts we stayed at across Bali - again, it is easy to address.

Best view in Canggu

Really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. The hotel is just a stone throw from the Berawa Beach. They have a wonderful roof terrace with the best view you can get in Canggu. They also serve excellent food and entertainment at the rooftop where there also an infinity pool. Highly recommend!
