I was offered an upgrade to an oceanfront room. The view was amazing but the only downside was the noise at night from the lobby. There is no ceiling up to the 4th floor. Other than that we had an amazing stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The beach was beautiful and the facilities were very clean.

The only thing that I noticed, and I didn’t not find fair, it was about not being allowed to wear a tang top at the restaurant at the night as a man, but the women it was allowed to show their arms which I don’t understand.

Amazing experience. World class service from staff. Beautiful resort with spacious beach. When they said “all inclusive” they absolutely mean it! The themed pool parties are a great time! Would go back.

I did not like the food as much. Some meals were okay, but some lack flavor. There wasn’t that much variety. It was very Americanized. My room was nice, but I found a couple of stains on the blanket. I did enjoy the beach and pools. The DJ at the pool did not really play a variety of music. Most of the music was extremely old school…nothing much from the current generation.

Deben mejorar el servicio en el área de las piscinas y playas para el mejor disfrute de las bebidas y comidas. Además en el restaurante donde ofrecen el buffet deberían permitir entrar en la tarde en ropa de playa o piscina pq debe ser más informal. Y en el horario nocturno debe haber comida o snacks calientes en vez de un estar calentando en microondas. De lo más ese hotel es excelente. Y si me volvería a hospedar y lo recomiendo
