The food was not the best. I’ve been to Rio Palace Americas and the food was much better. The people at the hotel are amazing and always willing to help. If they improve the buffet options I believe the hotel would be perfect

Hotel Riu Caribe very good location and easy access to all. All staff are very welcoming. Rooms are refreshed everyday and mini bar replenish every other day.

Everything was okay but the food could be better. They make everyday the same food and is 90% Mexican. The room was very comfortable and the view was beautiful.

This is my second time visiting RIU Caribe. This time I brought friends along and they loved it. The premises are clean and well maintained and the staff are helpful and pleasant. There were just two things that we noted. The first one was the sewer smell coming from the bathrooms (we had three rooms).

Mi estadía en el hotel fue excelente. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, y la habitación era cómoda, limpia y bien equipada, ideal para descansar después de un día ocupado. Además, el desayuno fue delicioso, con una gran variedad de opciones frescas. La ubicación del hotel también fue muy conveniente, cerca de todo lo que necesitaba. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable y volvería sin pensarlo.

The pool parties were fun. The staff was nice and attentive. Staff helped surprise my friend with a decorated “happy birthday” room. I have no complaints. Check in & Check out was easy with drinks given upon arrival.
