The staff were friendly but the stay wasn’t the best. We had to remind about towels more than once. There was a weird sewer smell around in the bedrooms. Bathrooms were old and not clean.

Great family vacation. A bit disappointing for my kids because zip line is limited for kids 4'9" or shorter. My 10 yo is 5'2" and I am not even mentioning the height of my teen. But they had fun playing water polo and water basketball, enjoyed the dining options and had tons of fun finding huge shells in the ocean. The ala carte restaurants do not take reservations so you either have to go for early dinner or wait for 2 hours. But the food is great! even the buffet has a huge seafood station daily for lunch and dinner! Evening shows are geared more for younger audience but they are quite enjoyable for adults as well.

Overall I enjoyed my stay however I did not like how catered the resort was to members only, I wish I would have known that a lot that was advertised like the club (which was not open) or even the fact that we couldn’t get better tequila because we weren’t members. Housekeeping was great and over all staff was super nice and helpful. Sea bar was very fun however my friend did feel uncomfortable with bartender at one point who kept trying to get her to dance after she said no thanks multiple times. Food was ok not many options. Drinks were all very sweet and really did not taste like they had alcohol. Overall just disappointed on the fact that I felt everything was catered for members only. Booking our excursions was a great experience I loved everything we did!

Hotel: The hotel looks old in real life compared to the pictures when I booked via expedia. There are a lot of areas that they need to fix and renovate. The floors, the sliding doors, the balcony, the bathroom, and the cabinets -- all of these need to be upgraded. The hotel has a total of 12 floors, and it took at least about 5 min wait for the elevator to go from the 2nd floor to the lobby. There was also a lot of noise at night time (I dont know what they were doing). It has a gym and also sport arena. The gym is not that big but it has what you're there to do. It has a tennis court but it needs a lot of work to make it look presentable. It looked like it has not been maintained for a very long time. Food: I like the fact that it has a variety of restaurants. The Italian was good, the steak was not that bad. However, the asian food could have been better. They should also change up the food in the buffet a little. And also the drinks -- have more variety. They should also have a snacks restaurant/bar by the beach/pool where we can order food like nachos, tacos, and other snack related food. The grab and go is a good idea and it's convenient when you want a quick snack for the kids. The dessert area is also good, however the ice cream melts so fast (maybe change it to a different kind of ice cream?). Pool/beach: All the pools should be in the same area. Due to the construction of the hotel, i thought it was a little inconvenient to have the kids/adults opposite ends.

Very friendly! We had a great partial ocean view from our balcony. Few downsides were the hotel is a bit dated with broken floor tiles here and there and weak shower pressure. It is family friendly which is what we were looking for, but just know that means noisy. Kids yelling and screaming, sometimes past 10pm. Plus there is live music in the lobby 8-9 pm that runs through the center of the hotel and carries and echoes to your room. So if you’re an early or light sleeper, bring ear plugs. We appreciated all the dining options. The buffet was fastest. We ate at some specialty restaurants and they are much slower (it took 90 min to get our food at the Italian restaurant) and my kids could not tolerate the wait. Other thing to be aware of is the potential for their vacation club talk. It wasn’t extremely pushy, but we were approached enough it got to the point we actively tried to avoid the concierge tables.

Seadust doesn’t match online pictures. Only travel agency members can book nicer rooms. The construction is subpar, with visible sheetrock and attempts to cover old areas. Non-member rooms are aged and need a facelift. Water leaks from the ceiling in the hallway, and all outlets don’t work, making it difficult to charge devices with teenagers. The refrigerator and ceiling lights in our room didn’t work despite reporting the issues twice. There are various restaurants, one of which requires membership. The others are mediocre, offering a typical American neighborhood experience. Drinks are mostly bottom-shelf liquor unless you’re a member, leading to calorie intake without a buzz. The adult-only swim-up pool is closed for renovations and will reopen to members only. The beach is beautiful but not suitable for my family and I. The waves are strong and dangerous, so research for calm beaches facing the opposite direction. I don’t recommend Seadust. Felt like a scam.

The beach and ocean area was beautiful. Food was horrible, you have to make reservations for the restaurants and it takes hours, once you get into the restaurant the food takes forever to come out. The foods in all restaurant were all the same. Most of the bathrooms were not working. Elevators took forever. We got the “all inclusive” but they wouldn’t allow me take any goods to the room for the kids, and they charge $10 for any call for room service.

March break with my wife and 3 boys (11-9-5) were happy to meet new people and enjoyed a lot of family fun. Adults are spoiled by good selection of restaurants and 🍸. Pool and beach beds for a fee. Staffing is exceptionally friendly I would recommend 👌 if you have kids! À bientôt.
