This was a family trip. Compering the properties to other we’ve stay I must say this one was not the best. I prefer to give positive advice instead of complaining about things. Things that need improvement: common areas are uncomfortably hot and humid, restaurants and food are not available as advertised, buffet area was hot as the A/C unit was broken, common areas are unsafely wet as guest are allowed to walk anywhere after being in the pool area and/or beach, elevators are not enough to handle the amount of people in the hotel, most amenities and facilities are close too earl. Offering a membership to access an already limited areas to eat or drink is not worth it. On the positive note: the front desk staff, housekeeping staff and majority of all staff were very friendly and respectful. All areas we entered were very clean. Bottom line if given the choice for us to stay here unfortunately it won’t be our top choice! The resort has a lot of room but the staff and the areas where people can use are not proportional.

Cockroaches at night time in hotel room. Nothing is cheap. The food sucked. The all inclusive needs to have better option in food including more meat chicken etc. the pool had closing hour at 8 pm. The Resturant has longggg waiting list which means u will eat dinner at 10 pm.

The property was simple, but are limited to restaurant and a floor if you don’t become a member of the infinity group. The jacuzzi in balcony water was dirty came out yellow/brown color. They close the pool by 8 pm. June was not a good time for us since there was seaweed on the ocean I had called before they they told me there was no seaweed. Other than that they have excellent bar tenders and waiters in the available restaurants and kind people working there.

The elevators work one per area during the week, and by magic they all work during the weekend which implies waiting too long to go up or down and they do not have a/c inside, the restaurants have the a/c running only on weekends during the week they are too hot, their staff mostly especially waitresses are too rude, the room cleaning service better not to mention if you ask for it they do not arrive until after the second day of waiting I went with relatives who stayed in another room and their air conditioning did not work, they moved them to another and in that other the minibar did not work either, the facilities need maintenance and change of service staff people

The hotel appears unkempt and lacks the amenities one would expect from a resort, offering limited activities for guests. Additionally, the wait times at the restaurants are excessively long, often exceeding 50 minutes, and sometimes even stretching into hours. The quality of the food is subpar, and the buffet has been known to serve expired items. The pool area, unfortunately, is not well-maintained and lacks cleanliness. Furthermore, the rooms are in poor condition, with flickering lights, inconsistent air conditioning, and overall lack of cleanliness. The bed itself was uncomfortably firm and tended to shift constantly. In summary, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

My stay at Seadust wasn't what I expected. I've been to other all-inclusive resorts, and honestly, this one didn't measure up. The price was okay, but I wish I had a clearer idea of what the experience would be like. The food wasn't great, and the waiting times were way too long. It felt like all the good stuff was reserved for Infinity members, which was frustrating since I booked through a third party. I wish I had done more research; the pictures looked colorful, but the resort felt pretty worn out and in need of updates, especially the pool area. On the bright side, the staff were really friendly, which was nice, and the rooms were spacious. If you’ve already booked, try to grab a bed by the pool for a better time.
