Water didn't work for a while in our rooms which was terrible, elevator was broken supposedly but staff used as needed leaving 1 overcrowded elevator and long waits. Food was decent , some stuff way over salted .

I requested double rooms for my teens, and they were given a king bed with a romantic feel. I also asked for connected rooms, but we ended up on separate floors. The housekeeping was quite poor; the bathroom floors weren’t cleaned during my stay, so I had to ask for shampoo, wash clothes, and lotion on my second night, which never arrived after calling the lobby. My glasses also disappeared, and unfortunately, it seems the housekeeper accidentally took them. The staff was friendly when we arrived, and for the most part, they were okay. Some had a “do not disturb” sign, but that doesn’t reflect the hard work of the rest. The pool area was clean and honestly, the best part of the hotel. The hotel definitely needs immediate attention from management. There are constant leaks in the lobby ceiling, rusting metals, chipping paint, and cracked concrete. The elevators are broken, the sinks and showers are clogged, the tiles on the floors are broken, and the HVAC system is leaking in the hallways, which could create slipping hazards. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. They also insist on you joining a membership with an infinite platform that would cost around $20,000, which is very similar to a time share. Honestly, this has been one of the worst, if not the worst, resorts we’ve ever stayed at. I would never visit this place again. The hotel is far from everything, and there are no restaurants nearby if you want to eat anywhere else for a special occasion unless you pay transpor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. People selling time share were friendly until I said no. Got two rooms. One broom was not ready at three and was still dirty once we went in. When complained about it was told that we should've cleaned. No real vegetarian or vegan options like advertised. Gave us cake and wine for my daughter and my birthday which was nice. Resort served its purpose as we were on a budget. It wasn't terrible but not great.

Overall, we had a good experience at Seadust. Most of the employees were friendly, smiling, and positive, which made my family and me feel comfortable throughout our stay. I would like to share a few points for improvement: 1. One of the elevators was not working during our visit. 2. The refrigerator in our room was not working. I informed the front desk twice and was told it would be replaced, but unfortunately, it was never changed. 3. The number of restaurants was not sufficient for the level of crowd. Some restaurants were closed, and the waiting time was around 1.5 hours. 4. The open buffet was good; however, there were no halal food options (no halal chicken or halal meat). I noticed many Muslim guests at the hotel, so this could be an important consideration. 5. Vegan options could also be expanded. 6. Despite these issues, everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. Thank you for your attention, and I hope this feedback is helpful

Staff were good , food was fine. Air conditioning in our room was very noisy but our biggest issue was with the checking in. Our flight got in early but we were not given a room till 3 pm neither Expedia nor the hotel mentioned anything about this. After a red eye flight waiting 6 hours for the room was frustrating.

Room was okay, first morning there was water leak in our room, water all over the floor and no water to brush or shower in both rooms. I had to shower down stairs in there amenities shower, even there it was only cold water. After speaking to the manager Miguel; he was super helpful and gave us different rooms and rooms were nice.

Good: - right at the beach - beach area was clean and free of trash - attentive lifeguard at the beach - decently clean rooms - buffet had good variety of food and turnover was pretty good, the vegetables were bright green, cut fruits were not mushy, no diarrhea throughout this trip - no booking needed for restaurants Bad: - front desk was being fixed for half the time during our stay and they were not reachable by phone even when we had no water in our room to brush our teeth in the morning - front desk was operating inside the theater/conference area on the side, leaving the Infinity timeshare people at the main lobby to prey on unsuspecting new guests - there was no schedule of activities posted anywhere, and the QR code posted at the Caffetino promising the schedule leads to a dead website; we did not know there were shows at the theater at 9pm until 2 days before leaving; other guests also mentioned they needed to explicitly ask about activities at night - not enough chairs at the beach or near the pools - zip line and mini golf not working, not much entertainment other than beach and pool, and wifi kept disconnecting near the pool

If you’re looking for a place to take your kids, but also enjoy with your significant other or whoever you plan on going with this place is amazing. We spent a week there and never left the hotel. You have beach access pools and so many dining options. I will 100% be coming back.
