Their response time is very quick. I appreciate ALL the staff, from the restaurants (lizbeth, enrique, ivan, abril), to the Spa (teresa, monse, abraham, mily), martin who welcomed us at the door, the ones who made sure our room was always clean, those who served us drinks at the pool! There are so many amazing staff members that made sure we were taken care of, some I’m forgetting their names, but I appreciate you all! I would also like to thank the lady who sold us the Chichen Itza tour package. That was my favourite day in Cancun! I love the Mayan culture and i learnt soo much that day. I could write a whole chapter on my beautiful experience, so thank you Sandos!

Beautiful resort with extra friendly anf pleasant staff. Would not exactly rate it luxury as I've traveled a lot but it's definitely what we needed. Athe entertainment was exciting and it was the oerfect mix of adult friendly entertainment, jazz, kareoke, poolside parties and relaxation. I almost didnt book it because of some of the reviews but it was absolutely perfect for a wrekend getaway for hubby and I! We stayed in beautiful suite with beautiful views and received many perks! The food was fresh and delightful! Well done!

Sandos Cancun was clean. Staff was friendly and everything was easy to get to. The Restaurants were really good. This was our 3rd time at this property. We will be back.

All together ok, but they are very very cheap on food options. You can tell they are trying to keep the food cost down. I mean we were by the ocean and they’ve served tilapia on the buffet, that’s all they had, sporadically some salmon. Also, beef I’ve only seen it maybe two times on the buffet. Mostly pork and chicken. Hot water was no available around 7:00 pm till about 8:00 pm, I guess over use, so we had to wait before taking a shower. Resort is in need of a big renovation, as everything is very outdated. There’s also a lot of seaweed in the water, but that is not their fault. They had a couple guys trying to clean up the shore everyday. Not that many activities on the property either, and the a la carte restaurants, they are just ok. Staff is friendly in general and they do try to make you feel welcomed there, so we’ve tipped them every time. All together not a bad experience but I’m sure there’s better choices for the money. We’ll definitely coming back to Cancun but at different resort.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the vacation I just had at Sandos Cancun. Everything was perfect! The staff was incredibly kind, and the way we planned our days there was fantastic. We had a fun nightlife and enjoyed excellent dinners with a variety of food. I highly recommend Sandos Hotel Cancun, and I will definitely be back soon.

It was an older building. The only restaurant that was better than the buffet was the Japanese. The music at the pool was techno and got louder thu the day. There were great staff that made it worth the time.
