The hotel stay was fine. The rooms are clean and some have a great view. The area around the hotel however is not as good ...there is a logoon behind the hotel but risky to go around there at night. Overall a good experience with the staff and the breakfast service in the morning. Thank you

It was in a quiet location. Ubering to a few of the restaurants in the area was less than $8 each way. Having the option of 2 rooftop pools was nice. The full breakfast was nice. Every day, there were different options. I would recommend if you need a place to lay your head while enjoying Cancún.

The property is very nice and just what we wanted for my birthday weekend with my family. I read all the reviews and Residence Inn is our go to place anywhere we travel in the world. When we checked in my name was not on the list of printed reservations for the day and was asked numerous questions before they looked in their computer and found my reservation. Long story short….we were not given a key to the room for the two days we were there as the key machine was “broken”. We had to be escorted by security every time we wanted to re-enter the room. I don’t know what the issue with us was but we always make our reservations last minute as we work for an airline and always fly standby. We did not feel comfortable at all. We could have stayed with family for free. We went to ask for a key three times and it was still “broken”.
