This was by far the WORST hotel experience I’ve ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I regretted booking here. The washrooms smelled disgusting, the air conditioner was insanely loud and made it impossible to rest, and there was ZERO proper room service. For a “Residence Inn,” I expected comfort and hospitality, but instead, it felt like they don’t care about guests at all. Everything about this place screams neglect and poor management. Save your money and avoid this hotel at all costs – Cancun has so many better options. This one will only ruin your trip.

Quiet and inexpensive get away! Staff was very friendly. Thank you Nancy for all of your help. Thanks Ulises for the good drinks and fresh food. It was super clean! Breakfast was limited and is not Americanized which is expected but because of the limited potions I didn’t get to enjoy it as much.

Great place and service!

Everyone was so nice! We felt so welcomed! The service was fantastic and customized to our stay, we really enjoyed getting to know all the staff and they had great recommendations of things to do and see in the area. Only downside is location, to get anywhere you need an Uber or other form of transportation; however, we loved the shuttle service to the beaches in the Hotel Zone and it was always easy to find an Uber. Hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!

The only reason we decided to stay at this hotel was because it was advertised that it had airport shuttle services. What they failed to tell us at check in was that you had to book it 48 hrs before. And it also does not say it anywhere on the description. When we asked about it, the night before they told us they couldn’t longer help us. Because it was not done through the hotel, it was done with the concierge 3rd party. So if you’re staying here because of the shuttle, reserve it 48hrs before if not you’ll have to pay the $35 taxi for a 10 minute drive to the airport. RIDICULOUS. We would have rather stayed in zona hotelera, if we would have known about this. Never staying here again.

Great place to stay, the a/c was set to not go lower than a set number which wasn’t cool enough to me. Was hot at nights plugged in a small travel neck fan to work over night while I slept. Other than that everything else was great
