Great Resort but no sanitizer throughout

Royalton Chic was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend. But as nice as it was there was no sanitizer throughout the resort. I found that very odd. Definitely something the resort needs to add to the establishment. I also didn’t appreciate the cleaning crew taking wash clothes without replacing with new ones.

The beach is amazing and the staff on the beach was amazing too. The rooms are ok and the activities are repeated too much in the daytime over a 7 day stay. Over all I would go back.

I will say the hotel staff was very friendly and made the stay entertaining. I didn’t like the “credit” system for Expedia guest because we did not end up using any of the credits. At check in the desk agent told us we had a $300 credit to use during our stay only to find out that we couldn’t use it all on one thing and it was not a dollar amount more like discount credits towards the paid extras. For example we could get $20 off a spa treatment- this was a $175 additional charge meaning we’d still have to pay $155 per person. I was completely thrown off because the websites repeatedly said all inclusive yet there was a bar that you had to pay for a membership to use or buy the drinks outright. Other than that the stay was meant to be relaxing so at least we managed to relax a lot. The pool staff were great I just wish we didn’t have to pay for seating near the pool. There were very limited seats available
