The food and drinks were just okay, but everything else was excellent! The bathrooms and rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept, I felt safe the whole time, and for the price, it’s a great value. I’d gladly come back.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was excellent from start to finish. Room had everything we needed. The entertainment team were excellent. Shows were very good and around the pool, there was always something to do and great music.

The restaurant only has one buffet and one 24 hour snack bar. The 3 restaurants require reservations from your limited vouchers. For example, 5 nights = 2 vouchers (2 reservations). That is the part that isn’t very clear when booking. Also don’t be fooled, the lowest costing room shows a picture of chairs and hammock. It DOES NOT have that. There is a balcony but just enough space for two people to stand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Felt very safe and they took my food allergy very seriously and had me wear a special bracelet. Every food place asked me about it right away. Something to note is this hotel has a perfect location. RIGHT NEXT TO THE FERRY to isla mejueres. That is very convenient to know!

Good hotel only complaint is that their restaurants are too small to handle the amount of tourist it receives. Great pool atmosphere as well as the beach. There is a Starbucks about two blocks away. There is a mall (Puerto Marina Cancun) 1.7 miles away and is walkable. Taxis are also available on site, next time I will definitely visit Tulum Ave. Great hotel and great stay , was there Aug 3 through Aug 7 2025.
