Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very clean and well presented. Was advertised as a 'mountain view' but the view was more high-rise buildings than mountains! Was still a nice view and much nicer than we're used to getting.
Beds were nice and comfy with a ridiculous excess of pillows.
Bathroom design was slightly unusual but shouldn't be a problem if you're close with your travelling companion! Hair dryer was concerningly damaged at the join but still working (forgot to report this!).
Room was EXTREMELY hot upon entering - heater was on and set to 22C but it was much, much warmer than that. Literally felt nauseous and had our door propped open with a suitcase for a bit to try and cool it down. I couldn't figure out how to work the control panel on the wall so we just slept on top of everything. My own fault for not calling down to the front desk (felt too guilty at 1am). Would've given anything to be able to open a window!!
Access to the front desk is lacking (only four street parks available out the front) but public carparks weren't too far away.
Parking cost was $15 a night in a multi-storey undercover carpark, but it was much more convenient than the public carpark options.
Had to sign up to the Accor 'loyalty program' in order to access the wi-fi (was going to do this anyway, so no real biggie).
