It was very dirty and shabby!
Cons:
Bathroom broken and dirty - grim.
Swimming pool cold and dirty and access to it dark and dangerous to a woman on their own.
Windows dirty with draft and condensation
Poor daily cleaning - bin not emptied and cups not cleaned with poor bed making.
Shower lukewarm and in the bath.
Someone’s toothbrush left in shower.
Very low standard hotel, I’d liken it to a run down UK holiday Inn.

Really gross! Nothing like the Avenue next door where my friends stayed. I chose it fir the pool which was a joke.

Ok accomodation, great location. Gym was in need of an update. And noise from neighbours was loud. Paid for parking only to be told if I leave the car park there may be no spaces on return.
The staff were amazing 👏. There was a minor mistake with my request that the rest of my family members didn't have an issue with but the lovely receptionists offered to fix it more than once and made sure we didn't have any problem.
The location is excellent! We went for a walk and had dinner, everything we needed was very close which is great!

The hotel location was convenient. However the room was very dated and the pool was less than ideal located down fire stairs.
When using the kitchen to make breakfast, the smoke alarm triggered as the ventilation was poor.
