Questionable relationship with Taxi services

I like this hotel room size, cleanliness, and I appreciate the Park and Fly package. But…. what is going on with the cabbies and the hotel vouture system? From the guest perspective, it’s great to know a taxi will be readily available especially if coming and going at very early or late hours. Both cab drivers we experienced were crabby and clearly irritated by the hotel vouture system. I would have happily tipped them above whatever the hotel pays, but I didn’t because of their projected disgruntled attitude and poor service.
