Honestly, the staff at the front end appear unhappy, unhelpful and unapproachable. Assistance is grudging and makes younfeel like checking in and instructions are imposing on their time. The rooms havent changed in 10 years nor has the perks, which we obviously pay for. The hotel still uses plastic bottles of shampoos and stuff instead of more modern and greener approaches to providing amenities. The restaurant food qualitybhas sufferedngreatky and the service staff are inconsistent from awesome to awful. I will be looking at the many options in the area for future stays as Clique has lost is lustre. We have been staying there since it was new.
