Won't return.

Their system was down so they couldn't take security deposits or program keys. This was about 11pm. There were about a dozen of us who had pre-paid for our room but they would not check us in. Eventually another guest convinced them to photocopy our ID and credit cards and let us into our rooms around midnight. I called at 10pm for the airport shuttle and they would just hang up. Eventually someone answered and said they'd be there at 10:30. No one came. I paid for a cab there around 10:50. I stay by Calgary airport 1-3x month. This was my first and last time booking this hotel.

Clean modern room with a great pool and hot tub area. Nice staff and super easy parking. Nice spot out of the way of major traffic, but close enough to everything that you don’t need extra travel time to get to destinations. Highly recommend!
