The check in was a bit of a hassle. I was dealing with trying to get my husband from surgery at the hospital and everything I asked seemed like an inconvienence. I ended up not being able to check in, had to leave to get my husband and had to have my husband stand in the lobby and wait when he should have just been able to go straight up to our room that we should have been checked into. The TV stopped working within a few minutes of being there. They did put us in a different room. But the internet and tv is definitely dated and not great.

Had the king room. No chair to sit on, only a desk chair. Bed was very uncomfortable. Toilet was the smallest one i have ever seen and very low to ground and about 2 inches from shower door

Expedia sold my room as mountain view. When I was arrived hotel told me that Expedia had not mentioned mountain view in my booking. First room I was given was over kill sprayed with obnoxious cotton candy room spray. It was unbearable. Made everything on my body and luggage smell of cotton candy. They switched me rooms and the room I was given had a thermostat that constantly and loudy hissed. Its obviously not safely installed and tight to the wall. I had to tape up a facecloth over the thermostat to be able to sleep. Staff were friendly but didnt care about my concerns. I never got the so called mountain room that expedia sold me.
This is the mountain view that Expedia sold me lol. Clearly no mountains on a clear blue day. I wish Expedia didnt lie because this was a reason I booked this hotel.

Staff friendly, room clean, lots of in room amenities, fridge but no safe. In bathroom toilet very tight with counter, unusual rain shower. Room hot and when put on AC made a lot of noise. Lots of noise in hallway but Saturday night and a gathering in hotel. Included breakfast ok but not a lot of choice. Wait staff very good.

It was very enjoyable and pleasant from start to finish. Very clean, peaceful, relaxing and the outdoor hot tub was great. The free breakfast buffet was great gopd selection of itrms to choose from.
