We will probably stay here again as we love the pool & hot tub. Service is great too. The rooms are older though and our bed was creaky, sounding like someone was knocking at the door every time we crawled into bed. Told the front desk but it was weird. Pretty small bathroom and the entry way was almost too narrow for the luggage cart to fit.

It was a good stay, there were a lot of amenities available around. A heated pool, lots of different types of restaurants, and a nice breakfast buffet offering. The only thing was that our room did not have a temperature control and we were unable to warm up the room. Otherwise, the pillows were great, the bedding nice and everything was amazing.

Everything was great. I do believe they should offer a microwave and a kettle without additional charge. I have read other reviews where they’ve explained their reasons for not providing it so i’m not holding it against them. Just saying, it’d be nice to have it.

Carriage house was nice and clean, staff was kind. Room was nice, bathroom very small, noticed that the ceiling above shower was damaged from steam because there was no ventilation fan. We got free buffet breakfast as we had reserved a premium room. They had an outdoor heated pool. All and all, we had a great stay and would stay there again.

The standard room is just OK .. the Premium room is worth the additional cost. Some renovations were being done on the floor we were on at the time, which was slightly inconvenient. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was excellent.
