I called the day before my check in go confirm if they have a shuttle. I was told yes, and to call when I arrive to book a pickup. I called when I arrived and was told the shuttle was coming and they were told what I was wearing. The shuttle arrived 30 minutes later and drove right by me. I called and was assured they would be there in 5 minutes. 30 minutes went by and nobody came. I had to take an Uber, and ended up waiting 1 hour at the airport, and the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport. I arrived after 10pm and wasn’t able to use the gym because it was closed. It didn’t open up again until 8:30 and I needed to be at the airport for 7AM. What use is a gym at an airport hotel if they are closed from 10pm to 8:30am. The front desk staff gave me a voucher for a drink to say sorry. The room was really clean and the air conditioning was great. If you need a bed and that’s it, this place is fine. Anything beyond that, I would pass.

Front desk was not informative or helpful on arrival. Had to search for an staff member to get the wifi, laundry service had poor communication. Food option limited, the non smoking dining table was so low for eating a meal, but the staff in that area(bar) were great.

The property is next to the airport which makes it very convenient if you have a very early morning flight. The rooms were comfortable. I did not necessarily enjoy a carpeted room due to my allergies but was ok for 1 day. The building itself is a bit outdated.

This was a safe, welcoming and budget friendly option near Cairo airport. Staff were warm and responsive, and the room was clean and comfortable. It's not luxury but if you're wondering if it's a safe and comfy option at a budget-friendly price-point, I'd say it is.

The bedrooms are quite unclean and very smelly. They have a rug that not been cleaned in years. The aesthetic of the hotel are lovely but that’s about it all.
