They said I arrived after their check-in window which allowed them to do so…and they didn’t have any additional rooms so I was stuck making additional arrangements on the fly I did have breakfast there while I waited which was quite good, but hard to enjoy without a room

I just needed a clean room, shower, and bed. The room smelled of cigarettes smoke. It was not clean. I woke up scratching with bug bites. I can’t believe I spent $100 for this. I should have slept in the airport.

The room was dirty, the key detector on the outside of the door was hanging off - no plastic cover although it still worked Half the lights didn't work An Arabic speaking male person entered my room using a key at 2am. I screamed at him and he left. After that I couldn't get back to sleep because there was a man sitting on a chair outside my room speaking on his mobile and a drill was intermittently being used in the next door room The worst hotel experience of my life

The Mattress, blanket and pillows were old and smelly, covered with fresh sheets and cases, still the bad odour was coming through, And there was loads hair all over I only slept there for about 4 hours in the hotel room because I had another flight to catch and was hoping not to become sick It looked good in the pictures when I booked it online best to let people know that they get a smelly beds in a good looking hotel. I will rather sleep on a bench in the airport next time for 4 hours than paying for a smelly dirty hotel I do Not recommend this hotel even to my enemies.

Long wait time to check in, staff not very proficient at multitasking. Hotel was very noisy I was on the second floor and could hear the party on the first floor, other tenants were very loud after midnight, did not get a good sleep. I booked a superior room with a double bed, I was given a room with 2 twin beds without informing me; I was told there is no rooms.

The breakfast was of really high quality and the pool was really excellent too. You do have to pay extra for the hot tubs which didn't feel as advertised, and the room felt a bit grotty and not that well cleaned.

The staff was rude, and non communicative. They gave us a room key for a room that was occupied and we walked in on people, we felt horrible to intrude like that. The staff didn’t even acknowledge it when we came back to the front desk and let them know they gave us an occupied room. They just walked away and came back to type on their computer for 20mins with no updates. They offered a different room with too little beds for our group. After another while they gave us the proper room. The “non-smoking” floor corridor was filled with smoke and stank of cigarettes. This was only for a one night stay before a flight but I would not do it again.
