Book Cadmore End hotels

Standard Village hotel, with everything that you would need. Having EV charging was really helpful although parking at the hotel was a real challenge as the hotel was extremely busy. Despite this I would stay again.

Only about 20 minute bus ride from the airport and bus stop only a minute walk away. Bus number 703 takes you to and from and only costs 3 pounds. Hotel was overall nice for a night or 2 stay.

Everything was great EXCEPT for the fact that the whole hotel is TOO HOT and room temperatures can't be reduced. The reception staff know about this issue very well as it's been going on for many months and they offer guests who complain about it fans for their rooms. But when are the management team planning on getting this fixed? How much energy are they wasting in the meantime?

Good location, spacious family room, attentive and friendly staff

We stayed in a standard double room, which was spacious, very clean, with a super comfortable bed! I slept like a log! The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had a swim in the pool, which although small, was excellent for swimming lengths and was a nice temperature. We ate at the restaurant, which served pub grub and was very tasteful. So why not 5 stars? The toilet in the room was separate to the shower and bath, and also the sink. It would have been nice to have a little sink in the toilet, as in the night you had to feel around for 2 rooms! There was no room service at all. There was a page on the app but in the restaurant the server told us you'd have to order downstairs and take the food up yourself. Most concerning, the pool was unmanned. No one was in that area at all. We had to sign a waver form before using it, so don't use the pool on your own. There was a panic pull outside the sauna but if you had an accident or you needed help away from the pull cord, I'm not sure how long it would be before someone found you.Lastly, there is a small amount of parking on site but you need to phone in advance to book this at £21. Overall a lovely hotel and we would stay here again.
