I booked the hotel for 4 days with my 3 boys and i have to say i was pleased with the room. It was big enough for the four of us. The two older boys really loved the bunk bed. The AC worked perfectly which is a must for me. A room gets really hot when you have 3 boys. The bathroom and beddroom was nice and cleaned. Although, the floor could have done with a hoover. There was some leftover popcone under the bed. Front desk staff were wounderful. When i asked for an extra pillow, they delived 4 pillowes to my room. I tried the breakfast on our first day there and it was fantastic. However, i wished they had conplementy breakfast available. It was going to get expensive to feed them for all four days. I would definitely book this hotel again if it will just be me and my partner traveling. However, with my kids i will book a hotel that includes breakfas

Worst Stay Ever – Zero Noise Control

This place is a nightmare. Neighbours were banging, shouting, blasting TV, and letting a child repeatedly kick the main door until nearly midnight. Three rooms came out to complain. We went to reception, but management only told them to stop kicking the door—not to keep the noise down—then walked away. This is a hotel, not their house. We didn’t sleep until 2 a.m. and were woken at 4 a.m. Avoid this place at all costs.

I stay hear a lot it’s a great place friendly staff always on hand to help with anything , there’s a great Thai owned pub opposite and a cafe called fat boys round the next corner , I stay on business ,I Paid £10 for a buffet style breakfast , there was no eggs - as I was told they never came in on delivery , no sausages , settled for a bacon sandwich and coffee so £10 is fine that’ was my only let down out of all the times I’ve stayed here As this was my first time ever having breakfast in the hotel I thought I’d say how it went

Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is ok. Bar should be revised with more options. Clean room but bathroom shower didn't have cold water. Asked for extra pillow but was not available maybe stock was finished.

Sewerage in bath

Stayed 3 nights. Sewerage came through bath waste on night 1. Complained in morning and assured a plumber would fix. Came back to room that night to find sewerage still in the tub. Had to clean myself. No explanation from staff. Could not shower properly. 3 rd night I was moved and on check out was told nothing they could do. I asked if fair to charge full fee and they said they would refund via Expedia. Maybe not 2 but most certainly 1 night. I paid £91 per night and recieved just £22 refund and no explanation or apology. This can be a good hotel but management is very poor
