This property is under rated. Convenient with clear instructions for Bus 703 to the hotel. We liked everything about it, the spacious French room, the bathroom, the beds, the breakfast. In short, we will make this our go to in future.

Pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. Great price, great room and location is perfect for bus to and from Heathrow Terminal 5. Stop is right in front for Local 703. Check in was easy and fast.

Put the heat on! I tried to set the temperature higher but it would only keep on blowing non-heated air! It actually got a little warmer when I just stopped the air altogether. I’m sure they deactivated the heat as of now to save some pennies.

Lovely, spacious hotel room. We stayed one night while waiting for our flight. The hotel is very close to the airport by bus (3 stops). The bus stop is right outside the hotel. There is a pub across the road serving Thai food, though not overly authentic. We would stay here again.

We only needed to stay for one night before our flight and arrived after midnight. We were dealt with quickly and paid parking was simple, secure and convenient. Room was nice and simple (ours could do with a paint refresh). There was no iron in the room which we were fine with. Hotel was extremely convenient to Heathrow with a car (rental) which we filled at the gas station on the way before returning. We were glad not to have to wait in the cue at the bus stop for the airport transportation. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip!

Exceptionally quiet hotel considering directly on Heathrow flight path, standard room amenities, accommodation clean and comfortable, limited dinning options in the hotel but some good pub food to be had just over the road and round the corner. Large underground car park with surprisingly good rates, mid evening arrival and early morning check out so unable to comment on local amenities or area.

Good value hotel close to Terminal 5.Bus 703 stops directly outside of hotel both ways for £1.50. Hotel clean, modern and comfortable beds.Breakfast has lots of choice but found scrambled eggs and mushrooms bland. Good dining options of Italian and Thai pub opposite hotel.
