Book Ca n'Amat hotels

The furniture in the room and bedding were old and worn. No blankets or pillows in the closet. Did not include breakfast. The free shuttle from the airport had a sign saying the driver could not help you with your luggage. I am an older, petite woman who could not lift the suitcase into the back of the shuttle. A fellow passenger took pity on me and put it in and out for me. For the price of the hotel I expected better. Also they call themselves Barcelona Airport Hotel but is not at the airport.

It was fresh, but it was the same food everyday. Different options would have been good.

This hotel was conveniently located near La Rambla and not far from the Cathedral of Barcelona. The lobby was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good in a large and comfortable dining room. Locals indicated the area might be a little dicey at night, but we dined at one of the nearby restaurants and did our strolling during daylight hours. It is not close to some of the big attractions, e.g., Sagrada Familia or other Gaudi works of art, but cabs were plentiful and reasonable in price.

A lovely hotel with great amenities. Beautiful pool area and really nice third floor lounge and restaurant. Staff was great and so accommodating. Room was really nice as well. Location was also good. Highly recommend this hotel.
