The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was helpful and informative. Although the construction made initial access a little difficult, both the staff and taxi drivers made the transfers a breeze. I would definitely stay here again!

Location on La Ramblas was good although access to hotel was difficult as a result of the ongoing road repairs. Room is adequate for a short pre cruise stay.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very basic, small, and lacked basic items like a couple glass cups, wine opener, etc. The mini refrigerator barely kept anything cold. The rooftop deck had no views.

The hotel itself was ok. It was clean but I don’t like the smell of the pillows and covers. They smell like they don’t get washed. I also don’t like the location their were a lot of homeless people and a lot of construction going on. The pictures on the web are very deceitful. It doesn’t show or mention anything about the construction and awful Seward smell.

Staff was extremely nice and very helpful. Room was very clean also. Only issue was the construction going on outside the hotel, and even woke us up some times but we understand it wasn’t the hotels fault. Other than that we really enjoyed our time at La Rambla! Definitely would stay here again!
