This hotel was perfect for our Barcelona trip. Situated close to all the sights we wanted to see. Has the best rooftop bar/restaurant with amazing views.

Hotel staff were amazing and wonderful! They were so helpful when I needed their assistance with a few things. Hotel is a bit dated. The room was very dirty looking (walls, floor) despite it being clean. The bed was very small and seemed cheap and old. The room itself was very small. The washroom was so small and tight, the shower was also so small and tight and the door wasn't very functional and lead to water being all on the floor after a shower. I also found my stay to be extremely noisy. Not sure how thin the door and windows are but I could hear so much noise and disruption and people chatter outside the door and outside the windows. The rooftop terrace was definitely stunning and a great feature. Food choices were not so great however.

I had a previous stay here with a fabulous breakfast. This time our stay was horrendous. The AC didn't work properly, the food was so-so. Worst of all, our bathroom ceiling leaked in the shower and above the sink, causing a flooded bathroom at10:30pm. We were moved to a smaller room, but the hotel refused to make the situation right with an adjustment to the bill and told me to deal with Expedia. Expedia gave me the run-around, even though I had pictures and VIDEOS of everything, including the poor state of the room. No management or maintenance was on-site or reachable. No compensation to my credit card as requested. Do not go here unless you want to book disappointment!
Flooded floor, counter and other bathroom areas you can't see here like it raining from the ceiling. They took a video too. Not worth the price I paid!

Enjoyed being close to Sagrada however view that I paid for was partially blocked. For price, minimum amenities, not even tissues, and room was old and basic. Beds rolled around and elevators were scary and only one was in service.

My stay was excellent. Hotel staff were very friendly and approachable, rooms were clean and housekeeping was daily. We had 2 twin rooms which were next to each other facing the road. There was no road noise. Location was great, convenient for metro and good food options. The rooftop had amazing views and the food was good. We could access the rooftop whenever we wanted to see the view and take pictures, and we just needed to let reception know if we needed a booking for a table and they sorted it immediately with no issues. The only thing they could improve on is having a separate entry/lift for guests who just came in for rooftop.
