Property very clean, some staff were helpful but sometimes gave us wrong information. We really liked our stay though. Their city tax charges was a bit different with another hotel we stayed at during the same week. Not sure if it had anything to do with star rating. Didn’t use breakfast. We walked to most places. Subway is just outside the door. Lots of options outside.

The rooms are clean and basic, but larger than most hotels in Barcelona. The bed is comfortable. There are not too many great restaurants without having to walk through more seedy and rundown streets. Stay in the L’Elxample area instead.

Nice stay with bad ending

Lovely hotel but just outside we had our bag stolen whilst stood next to it. Contained passports and money and medication. The hotel would benefit from a doorman for better security. Missed our cruise because of this.

I loved the INNSiDE Apolo! We had a family friendly room, Junior Suite, which was suitable for a family of 3 and was very convenient. Breakfast was Amazing, room super clean, and the entire property is modern and well designed with a lot of attention to details. Check in / out was quick and their was help with a taxi just outside of the hotel. Will defiantly come back!

Great stay

4 night stay in connected room with 2 kids 7 and 10 in peak summer. We loved the location, the amazing breakfast, the spacious room and facilities (especially the Lovely of mini bar top ups!) and really appreciated the extra touches after we let them know our trip was to mark the occasion of a special birthday.
