Perfect stay staff very nice helpful rooms very clean comfortable beds will visit again

Very impressive hotel within Deganwy marina, very friendly staff at check in, our room was excellent, spacious and had everything we needed, amazing view from the balcony of the estuary, Conwy Castle and the various sea birds. Food in the bar was good quality in relaxed surroundings and the staff were very attentive and made for an enjoyable evening. We enjoyed the pool and spa, not the biggest spa but had enough to do, we did a spa package which included lunch which was very nice, on our way to the room we found a relaxation room for spa guests which we didn’t know about. Enjoyed our breakfast in the morning, plenty of cereals, fruits, pastries, juices etc and an amazing cooked breakfast, staff again were excellent as were the staff when we checked out. Overall a very enjoyable time, the staff made for excellent stay would definitely recommend.

My last son and I stayed here every Christmas, since then I still come back with family every year. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms and beautiful hotel.

Always ask for a sea view room our room was a superior room fab outstanding room beds so comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the imperial and will definitely be back the location staff and service was brilliant and Llandudno is a lovely place to visit
