Great!

We stay here often, as it is a good and safe location to get where we need to go in OKC. It is always clean, which is important to us. My only complaint was waiting at the front desk and calling the hotel number for at least 15 minutes before someone showed up to check us in. Otherwise, a good stay as always.

The breakfast was fresh. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke.

We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority list after calling, it took over an hour to receive them. We ultimately had to ask a housekeeper directly to get what we needed. Parking was somewhat challenging if you don’t pay for the garage parking space. Uncovered parking is not too bad when the weather is nice the walk is not bad, but when the weather is cold and windy you can second guess not paying for the covered parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Rooms can use a carpet change, staff very friendly and efficient. Breakfast menu in the restaurant can add a few more items, but food was good and staff was friendle. Great location for paycom center for OKC games.
