Overall, the stay was great. We had a great time and will come again in the summer. The one thing that got to me was the bathroom looked like it hadnt been clean, so i had to clean it myself. It was hair and dirt in the shower, and the floor was dirty. I shouldve said something to the front desk, but i just cleaned it.

Staff was extremely nice- visited with a three year old who loved the arcade and the Waterpark. Plenty of games in the arcade to keep him busy when wasn’t swimming. There were Multiple dining options available onsite everything we tried was delicious. We had a ton of fun it was a great winter get away to break up the monotony of winter weather. Would highly recommend to anyone can’t wait to go back during the warmer summer months as the outdoor pool looked incredible!

OKANA was absolutely terrific. The staff were very nice and friendly. The check in process was easy and smooth. The hotel was so clean and we enjoyed all of the dining options. The breakfast buffet at JackRabbit was delicious. The we loved the waiter My! He was so attentive and interactive with the kids. I think everything was reasonable priced as well. My only qualm was Kaya the ramen was disgusting.

Staff was very polite helpful. The lady that checked us in also said goodbye ,so that was nice. She had great conversation very intelligent all smiles. The rest of the staff was helpful very polite we never open the doors to the pool. The entire facility very clean . Loved the art work culture as well as the diversity in the staff. Had a blast.
