The beds were dirty and one of the coffee cups had been used . Sheets looked clean but there were hairs under.

The resort was great and the staff was very friendly. Our only complaint was that the food and drinks were overpriced compared to similar resorts where we've stayed. This forced us to eat off-site after our first meal.

Check-in was good, but went to Taco restaurant afterwards for lunch, we were ignored by two workers who came out while we were waiting, waited a few minutes while they talked in front of us, and gave another customer their to go order, they wouldn’t even look at us so we had to leave and drive to McDonalds, later for dinner we went to get a pizza, they didn’t put any pizza sauce on it was inedible, spent $30 on some melted cheese and overcooked meat on nasty dry cracker like crust. Coffee in room was awful, no creamer, unclean coffee maker. There is no designated smokers area, had to stand in massive cold blowing wind to smoke, no place to deposit butts. The arcade is the same practically as cheaper arcades in town. The indoor water park was toooo cold, I couldn’t enjoy it. Heat in the room gets way too humid. The wristbands we had to keep attached to us for the whole stay were aggravating. I don’t wear things on my body, jewelry etc unable to sleep bc of wristbands. No scissors in room to cut wristbands off. My anxiety from having this thing constantly on is killing me…..
