This establishment offers a comfortable and welcoming stay. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and assistance, ensuring a pleasant experience. The accommodations were clean and spacious, with well-appointed rooms. However, the bed’s firmness may not be ideal for all preferences. The only other aspect that could be improved is the length of the elevator wait times.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a smile and great hospitality by Thomas Molina! Thomas was professional, friend explained how the bands worked plus made suggestions for dinner. Emma & Carrie are the best "hype crew" there is! Highly recommend scheduling a massage with Alex. One of the best massages I have ever experienced!

I didn’t like being told upon check-in that it’s a good thing I checked in early otherwise I may not have received a room. She said because I booked through Expedia, it’s not guaranteed that I will get a room. Even though I booked and paid for a room online several weeks before my travel date. Also I called to ask questions before arriving and was told the wrong check in time the 1st time I called. Everything was new and clean. The water park was amazing.

Why close the lagoon pool at 7 pm ??

Hello okana administration! Complain about why close the outdoor pool at 7 pm , the lagoon pool is beautiful except for the for the time to close, but everything else all perfect 1000000% 🙋‍♂️

The property was nice and clean. There was a staff member that was rude to me on July 4th. She was working in the indoor water park around 11 am. As soon as you enter the indoor park, take a right near the fountain drinks. That is where she was working. Also, our wait times for the indoor and outdoor bar were quite lengthy even when nobody was at the bar.

Great place to vacation at. Keep in mind this is a new property and still in training. One thing to keep in mind there's no microwaves and the pull out couch please please please bring a mattress pad topper. You will thank me for this nugget. Now stop teasing and book your next stay

This was super fun. My only gripe is that the waterpark facilities should be open later. Outdoor closed at 7!!! And indoor at 9. With a four o’clock check in, that is unacceptable. For this reason I will not be coming here again.
