Staff was great. Everything about the room was about 10 years overdue for renovations. Carpet had stains everywhere. Every metal fixture in the bathroom was covered with rust. Toilet barely worked.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, systems were down, the room was a step into the 70’s. It smelled pretty bad. My husband thought it had a mechanical smell, I thought smoke smell. The carpet was very nasty, and the room was very big and spacious. There was a party on Christmas Eve with 15-20 people that lasted from 11:00 pm til 5:00 am. We called the desk, and they said they needed 3 warnings before they were kicked out. I had to get into an argument with a guy that resulted in me bolting my door and getting my gun in fear for my family. I told the management, and they blew it off. I will be filing a grievance soon.
