The location was great to walk to Paycom for Whiskey Myers. The check in was quick and friendly, valet drivers were fantastic. Housekeeping came quickly for extra blankets. One of the toilets was running water, and there were cigarette butts on the balcony. Those were the only negatives.

The room was ok-ish, but there were parts (like around the microwave) that had a TON of dirt/dust/cobwebs. Was really gross. Then the toilet clogged. When the maintenance guy came to fix it, his muddy shoes left prints all over the bathroom and the wetness from the plunger was spread around the floor. Just yuck.

The hotel was right beside construction site that worked to early in the morning then I went down for breakfast and they wanted $14 for a waffle or an egg.. totally ridiculous

Not Completely Satisfied

The staff doesn't make you feel welcomed. All business and no friendliness. My bed and pillows were super comfy buy my bedsheet was dirty and stained. When i informed them at the desk they said thank you for letting them know. Restaurants close at 9. Too early 10 would be better. Especially if there's professiknal games that go last 9.

Very friendly helpful staff, room and lobby was clean and loved the views from our room, place could use some updating, but still very clean and will definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay here
