Horrible stay at Yotel. The room was way too small with little space to walk. They charged us $35/day for a maintenance fee which was not stated to us before. The bed operate like hospital beds. Staff is rude.

The fees at this hotel felt excessive for what was offered. The room was noticeably small compared to other hotels in the area within the same price range, and I wasn’t given the Expedia Gold member discount, which was disappointing. The bathroom and shower setup was also uncomfortable — the glass is see-through, and although there’s a curtain, it still doesn’t provide the level of privacy you’d expect for the price. I’ve stayed at more affordable hotels in Boston that had fully private bathrooms. The restaurant downstairs is quite expensive, and there aren’t many quick snack or grab-and-go options. Since most guests only use the hotel at night, it would be helpful to have more accessible food choices, especially because nearby stores close early and there aren’t many to begin with. On top of that, I still haven’t received my $200 deposit back, which is surprising — most hotels return the deposit immediately upon checkout. Overall, the value didn’t match the price, and there are better options in Boston for the same or lower cost.

My room was tiny but cleverly designed, with a folding chair and pull out table. A kettle didn't come with the room but was immediately provided upon request. I had to cancel my last night due to a family emergency and I was not charged. I really enjoyed staying in this Yotel.
