This hotel is amazing all the way around. All the staff are super friendly and helpful, always trying to accommodate guests in every way. Also, the location is wonderful, it is walkable and there is T-Line access right outside the front door. We love this hotel and can’t say enough good things about it!

Although it’s an older hotel it is in beautiful condition. Upgraded rooms without changing the ambiance of the hotel. Central, close to shopping and excursions. Great options for good. Close to the Ship Terminal.

Great hotel in a great location! Rooftop seasonal.

Great location in the city, clean, nicely appointed room, staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking forward to the outdoor rooftop space but it was closed for the season without notice. Also pretty steep parking $$$ for 24 hrs. Adjoined restaurant was very nice with discount tickets given ant checkin. All in all I would stay there again without hesitation!

Property was clean, staff was great! My wife and I celebrated our 27th wedding anniversary and the staff left a special gift in our room for us to enjoy! Room was very clean. Loved that right outside the property was the MBTA Prudential subway stop. Easy on. Easy off to all attractions around Boston. Great stay. Highly recommend.

A perfect get away

Close to everything! My daughter and I came for a concert at the ballpark and stayed five days. The hotel staff were great and the hotel restaurant was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.
