I can’t recommend The Custom House enough, it is perfect! The staff are wonderful, it’s very clean and the perfect location to see Boston!

The room was incredibly clean, the staff was very accommodating, and the location is unbeatable. We traveled with our baby, so having a separate bedroom and living room area with doors allowed her to go to bed early while we enjoyed lounging and watching movies in the bedroom. The hotel provided a high chair and pack n play for the room, the bathtub was easy for bathing her, and housekeeping kept our room comfortable and clean each day, even tidying dishes in the kitchenette. The property has incredible observation deck views, was immaculately decorated for the holidays and was walkable to the aquarium, Faneuil Hall, North End restaurants and more. We’ll encourage everyone to stay here!

Room had a good layout with sitting room/kitchenette separated from bedroom by hallway and bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable with Boston themed decor. Observation deck on top floor was very nice. Only downside was HVAC that only operates in heat mode in the winter, took awhile for room to cool down.

The apartment was nice but I had booked because of the wonderful views ot this building. Our apart was on the 5 floor looking the worst part of the buildings. I have asked for another apart as we are 80 and 91 and stay at home for the most part of the day. The manager refused to change our room. As the view was the only reason to choose this hotel I am disapointed and it was not amazing for us. The building is wonderful but there are many wonderful hotels in Boston and the price of Marriott was high for the season

The Marriott Vacation Club® at Custom House, Boston is one of my favorite places in the Marriott chains to visit - always a wonderful time at a very exclusive and comfortable place. Great location and outstanding staff/service. I can't say enough good things about this hotel/vacation club ... by far, my favorite place to visit in all of the Marriott hotels in the United States!!

We stayed in a suite with high vaulted ceilings. The air conditioning was a little tricky trying to keep an even temperature across the upstairs and downstairs but the suite itself was VERY nice. The location is unmatched.

Everything about this place is perfect! Don't worry about breakfast as the surrounding area is filled with different options. They only offer coffee complimentary and some typical hotel breakfast items that get charged to the room, but you're not coming to Boston for hotel breakfast. Will be back to stay again!
