Good stay for me and my son

The stay was comfortable and good. Two areas of improvement. Door staff told me our big car could not be handled by the valet, and the parking facilities he advices would be a lot cheaper. It was not. Also, TV and bin in toilet was scratching the walls.

Small but comfortable

The lighting in the room is very poor, even with all lights on it wasn’t enough and the room was very small. However the staff were lovely and it was comfortable and clean!

GREAT LOCATION! We walked everywhere. Really good staff, everyone was helpful and knowledgeable. Only thing is showers are small. Would definitely stay here again

Sometimes when you pay for convenience quality doesn’t always line up with the price. I was super happy with our stay at the Hyatt, which is located near EVERYTHING! This hotel is within walking distance to many of downtown Boston’s gems. The staff was super friendly too, and held our bags after we checked out so we could walk around more. Rooms were clean and overall the facility was excellent. Highly recommend.

The property was with in walking distance to alot of different areas/ activities. It was very safe. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very clean. The bed and pillows could have been a little better. I would definetly consider staying again.

Their restaurant hours were posted to close at 11/00 pm. We attempt to order at 10:40 and were told the last kitchen orders stopped at 10:00. What other reason would I enter after 10:00 knowing it closes at 11:00 if not to eat?

This was the absolute perfect hotel to stay in! It is in the heart of downtown Boston. We were able to walk everywhere. We only took an uber to two places! The staff is amazing, super friendly and extremely helpful. We will absolutely return on our next trip to Boston. Beware that the room we had with a king bed was pretty small, however we didn’t come to Boston to hang out at a hotel. Thank you so much to the staff for a fantastic and flawless weekend!
