From the concierge to the valet, service was outstanding! Our room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable! We loved the special little treats that were available at the front desk. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Loved our stay!

We booked the executive suit and it was very clean and beautiful decorated with a nice view, but we didn’t like the bedding as they didn’t have duvet covers. But everything else was very nice and clean.

Check in staff was very polite and friendly. We turned down the air before bed and it never cooled the room. Woke up to it being 77 degrees! We slept terrible, it was so hot. The room itself was nice, however the bathroom had hair on the floor when we first walked in. The towels were rough - not what I would expect in a hotel of this status. The QR code in the room, did not show breakfast options for me to call in the night before. I had to go down to the front desk and get a printed out paper menu. I called the evening prior to have breakfast delivered at 7am. I was told they can't deliver until 730 (menu says it starts at 7am). Then it never came until 745 and we were told their cappuccino machine was down. I had also asked about gluten in the granola and no one could give me an answer. This information should be listed in the kitchen for anyone taking an order to see. I instead asked for the granola on the side, so my spouse could eat it and ended up not getting any granola at all. Valet parking was $75 which I felt was very steep, when lots nearby were charging $25 - $50 for over night parking. For the price, I would not recommend this hotel. The location was prime, but other hotels in the area would have been cheaper and I would image we would have had better experience.

I felt the room was not as up to date as it should have been for the luxury reputation Hotel Commonwealth has. The towels were very low quality, the bathroom was like sand paper & the bed wasn't so good. We ordered breakfast to the room the night before. I had to call the next morning to see where it was. Showed up 15 mins before we needed to leave. Wasn't impressed at all. Wont be going back.

What an incredible experience! Nick Macdonald made our stay so wonderful. His customer service was 5 stars! We had a minor room issue and he took care of us immediately! We will be back and this is the only hotel we will be staying at when we visit Boston! Thank you to all of the wonderful hotel staff that always greeted us with big smiles and were so helpful.

Room was great, hotel staff very good. Only down side we opted for green option on room turn over so every 3rd day not each day but room was not done on day 3 or 4. Apart from this everything was great, water bottles, morning coffee bar and daily snacks were a great addition to the stay.
