Staff was very friendly at check in helpful and friendly throughout the stay. The room was nice and had everything I needed. I was in a room without an outside window, which I thought I might have an issue with but it was not an issue. The bed was firm but comfortable and I got my first full night sleep in a few weeks. When I booked the hotel I was looking for something that was centrally located. It was just a block or two away from Faneuil Hall and only about 15 minute walk to the Boston Commons. Next time I come into Boston, I will defiantly consider staying here again.

Staff was very welcoming soon as you enter the lobby. Was able to answer all of our questions for where to go and things to do. Pefect location for first night with our son Maverick who is only 2.5 years old. We enjoyed our stay and the room was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and pillows also. Thank you Harborside!

Very nice boutique hotel nestled right in heart of both downtown and waterfront areas. Joia’s restaurant is wonderful and extremely enjoyable with both ambiance and food quality. Nice find and although it can be a bit pricey, it really is a nice find and very good experience I’d highly recommended and will be returning

Great location, just a block from Faneuil Hall and an easy walk to the North End or Downtown Crossing. My interior room was a good size, clean and equipped with a refrigerator, safe, iron/board, hair dryer and shampoo, soap, moisturize, mouth rinse. They use metal keys. My door knob needed adjusting as my key only worked after I held it up a certain way. But once I figured that out, all was good. Housekeeping is available on request daily but I opted to not have someone come in. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel but I did not try it and a 7-11 on the corner. My only negative about the property is that the lobby smells very musty. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, and I would stay there again.
