No Coffee!

I hadn't stayed there before and the only rooms available were atrium view rooms. Not my favorite. I didn't enjoy not having a view of the outside. In addition, NO Coffee! Seriously, no coffee maker in the room, no coffee available in the lobby or general area. I'd never stayed in a hotel that didn't offer free coffee to guests.

Perfect location

The location is excellent. A short distance to the train and the airport. A short distance to Quincy market and north end. Strategically located Very happy with the room and the service.

Property and room very clean. Nice shower and room / lobby decor. Nice breakfast offeed. VIP amenity said bottle of wine. It was a small bottle of Prosecco which was good brand, but was expecting wine and normal size bottle as I've received at another property.

Definitely a different atmosphere from other hotels. The ambiance is kinda dark and edgy and the bar/restaurant (Joia) had great cocktails and that grilled octopus was amazing! They actually use actual keys for the rooms. Definitely a must and it’s right next to Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall.

Amazing value for money, perfect location!

This hotel was an amazing find. Perfect central location for exploring the city yet calm inside despite being so close to everything. Comfy beds, soft sheets, good WiFi. Super friendly staff too :) Will be back!

Really enjoyed spending my birthday in Boston & staying at Harborside Inn! We rarely spend any time at a hotel bar/restaurant but this one had a cool vibe & drinks, dessert & breakfast was quite good! Loved staying in the historic building with all of the exposed brick walls. It gave this modern hotel a lot of historic character. Every staff member that we had experiences with were friendly, knowledgeable & always eager to help. We would definitely stay here again!

From the moment of check in to check out, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. We stayed in a "cabin" room, without windows. We liked the feature of complete darkness while staying in a city, as we live in a rural area and are used to quiet and darkness at night. The only thing that we did not enjoy, our room was next to the main electrical room. It seemed there were staff entering and exiting this room through all hours of the evening, which kept waking us up. (The staff wasn't loud, however the constant closing of the door was annoying,) Overall, I give this property an excellent rating!

Location of the property is great. It’s near the water near the harbor, walkable to different restaurants and lots of activities around. I did not enjoy the atrium room because it’s not get any sunlight. The staff were friendly.
