Beautiful hotel!

It was a very easy check in and the staff was very friendly/knowledgeable about the hotel. The lobby was very beautiful and clean. Very nice bar/restaurant attached to the hotel. This is definitely gonna be our go to hotel for staying in this area of Boston!

The staff were all very nice. However, we didn't even end up staying the night. The moment I got in the bed to go to sleep, I felt a pile of crumbs under the pillow. I didn't look at it, I didn't want to know what they were. We just packed up our stuff and left.

We just loved the atmosphere, everyone was so very nice and accommodating. It was in a great location as far as walking from South Station and walking to all the destinations that we wanted to see and eat at. We will recommend this place. We will definitely be back.

Room was very tiny & noisy. Doors were constantly being slammed all night. Needs heavier comforters. Bathroom sink leaks onto the counter. Location is perfect for events at td and eating in the north end.
