Our room smelt very musty and almost like a mouse had died somewhere in the room. It was really unpleasant to smell. However, the actual location of the hotel was amazing and super close to Fanueil Hall!

Overall, the hotel was nice. It is in a good location. It’s right by a train station. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant within the hotel served delicious food. The only issues my partner and I ran into was the heat did not work well. Our room was quite cold though we set the temperature to almost 80 degrees. Also, I found it odd that the room was not automatically cleaned and provided fresh towels each day unless requested.

Loved the hotel, the staff were so nice and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The restaurant/bar was great and food was delicious. The location of the hotel was perfect! I would definitely recommend Harborside Inn.

I had an amazing stay at Harborside Inn. This was my first time staying there and I was very impressed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was the cleanest hotel room I have stayed in for quite some time (and I try to only stay at the nice ones). I will be back!

Room was in a good condition with a tv, safe, speaker system, fridge. No tea or coffee equipment which would have been nice. Room had windows to open which was nice for fresh air. No food or drink available on site but attached to a restaurant where guests get 20% off. Good location with a convenience shop next door and opposite T station.
