The room with only one window had little natural light. The couch cushions were thin. However all the other amenities like the kitchen and bathroom were in fine condition.

Our three bedroom two bathroom apartment on third floor was very spacious and well equipped with kitchen amenities and some drink condiments(Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate, Sugar and Milk). The kitchen was also equipped with some new looking dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The beddings were comfortable and clean. Hot showers were decent. The manager was very accommodating and his service was impeccable. We appreciated the fact that self service laundry was free to hotel guests (free laundry detergent was given) even though the machines were on certain floors only. High floors on the corner would probably have nicer views of the streets. It was pricey on the long weekend but we felt it was worth it.

The apartments were great. Good size, comfortable and clean. There is easy access to public transport, Rundal mall and the entertainment centre. BUT... Don't use their parking. I was broken into. It is not safe to leave cars there over night.

Good to stay here, centrally located, excellent staff. Room was a little tired, but bed and pillow were good. Bit of road noise occasionally, but this is the city centre. Would stay again.

The staff were so great! So friendly, helpful and great sense of humor. The area was so convenient. We could walk everywhere and anything outside of the center was easily accessible by public transport. Soundproofing and black out curtains worked very well. There was no view but we spent our time walking and so it was not important to us. Laundry and kitchen facilities were perfect. Place was clean and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. Loved our stay, Strongly recommend.
