The first room we were assigned smelled awful like cigarettes. We were happily assigned a new room. The valet parking was Downey but all the staff was great and it was very convenient. Love the option of the bar restaurant. Took the thought out of a long day. Would really suggest some additional ( non seafood options). And maybe some cheaper bar appetizer options. Don’t always want a full expensive meal.

Great service

Overall was a good experience, I asked for a every other day room cleaning but forthe first 4 days the room was not serviced. How ever after giving feedback the room was serviced inmediatlu and continued for every other day for th rest of the stay.

During my stay, an incident occurred that could have had severe consequences. While I was in the shower, a significant portion of the bathroom ceiling unexpectedly collapsed. I consider myself incredibly fortunate that neither I nor anyone else was injured during this alarming event. However, this was not merely an inconvenience; it represented a grave safety hazard that should never occur in a reputable establishment, especially one associated with the Hilton brand. Immediately following this distressing incident, I brought the matter to the attention of the hotel management, expecting a prompt and appropriate resolution given the severity of the safety breach. To my astonishment and deep frustration, my request for a refund for the stay was unequivocally denied. This refusal to acknowledge the gravity of the situation and compensate for a demonstrably unsafe environment is a clear indication of exceptionally poor service and a concerning lack of accountability.
