The hotel was outdated and our heating unit broke early in our stay. It was fixed but then broke again and they moved us to a new room. The staff was really accommodating and offered great customer service, the hotel is just old.

The room was clean and parking was included which was a big plus. Good location. The maid was very sweet.. nice lady. Front desk communication is the only thing that could be improved. We and another couple did not realize that the breakfast closed at 10 am. We were given a coupon for breakfast when we checked in, but noone said anything about hours. The front desk staff weren't overly friendly. I asked the young man at the front desk about the best way to get somewhere and I just received a one word answer "Uber". When we checked out, I gave our room cards to the woman at the desk, but did not realize that there might be an issue getting out of the parking lot without it. Apparently, we just needed to press the help button on the parking gate, but it would have been nice for the staff to be proactive, rather than me having to walk back from the car to find out the process.

The noisy heater woke us up several times through the night. The water pressure was good in the shower, but the bathroom wasn't in great repair (moisture damage in ceiling, cracking caulk, etc). The lighting in the bathroom was also particularly unflattering (a yellow/green cast). All outlets and lights that we used were functional, and the bed was comfortable enough. King sized pillows would have been nice on our king sized bed. The staff were friendly and helpful.
