Friendly receptionist when booming in. Ensured we had l we needed and showed how tl connect to free wifi. Room was modern and well decorated. Ample tea and coffee etc and welcoming biscuits and 2 chocolates next to decoration made from towels. Exclent breakfast choices and the pancakes with fruit were a big favourite. Hotel is situated within a short walk of Windermere village and bus stops close by. Recommend daily bus pass. Great way to get around and avoid parking fees
